Respect + Honor = Memories of a Lifetime for Veterans
Support Patriot Flight Inc.
THANKS TO YOUR GENEROUS DONATIONS, WE HAVE FLOWN OVER 1,500 VETERANS TO WASHINGTON, D.C. SINCE MAY 2014!
Your contribution directly funds the safe, all-expenses-paid trip for local military veterans to visit the national memorials built in their honor.
Prioritizing Our Senior Heroes
Our top priority remains our nation’s most senior veterans:
-
World War II Veterans: Our surviving WWII heroes are now all over 100 years old. They waited patiently for over 65 years for a memorial recognizing their extraordinary sacrifices, and their numbers are growing smaller every day.
-
Korean War Veterans: Like our WWII veterans, Korean War veterans are now well into their 90s, and time is fleeting.
-
Vietnam War, Cold War, & Post-Vietnam Era Veterans: We are actively expanding flight rosters to honor our Vietnam veterans, as well as post-Vietnam and Desert Storm/Desert Shield era veterans, ensuring every generation receives the recognition they earned.
-
Terminally Ill Veterans: Equal top priority is always given to any terminally ill veteran from any era who has not yet visited their memorial.
An Honor Flight is more than just a trip—it is often a life-changing experience. Throughout their tour, veterans are thanked, celebrated, and shown the deep respect and love their country holds for them. For many, it provides long-overdue closure and rewritten memories of returning home.
Time is Not on Our Side — The Time to Act is NOW
Prior to Patriot Flight and the Honor Flight Network, many of our senior veterans had given up hope of ever seeing their memorials. Today, we offer them hope, but time is our greatest constraint.
We can never fully repay these men and women for the freedoms we enjoy today, but an Honor Flight tour is a tangible, heartfelt token of our enduring gratitude. They deserve nothing less than this “last hurrah.”
Financial Transparency
We hold our donors’ trust in the highest regard. The results of our independent financial audit and our IRS Form 990 (tax filings) are available for public review. To view these documents, please visit the Financials section under the About menu on our website.
